We aim dispatch all orders on the same day that we receive them.

All orders for Next Day Delivery should be placed by 3pm, however if a Next Day Delivery order is urgently required and is placed after 3pm, please call us and we will still do our best to have your order sent out in time for the couriers collection.

All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, so please note that any orders that are placed on a Friday using the next day delivery option will be delivered on Monday. If a Saturday delivery is needed, then this can be requested during the order process and will charged at £25 and delivered by 12 noon.

To make life easier for you and to save you waiting all day for a delivery, you will receive an email on the day of your delivery by approximately 8.30am - 9am and the email will give you a 1 hour time slot during which your order will be delivered (not for Royal Mail deliveries)

Please note that someone must be present to sign for the delivery whether this be at home or at work. Our couriers will also email you with an option that wil allow for the parcel to be delivered to a neighbour of your choice.

Zone 3  -  £30 (Estonia, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia)

Zone 4  -  £30 (Switzerland, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Lavia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Romania)

Worldwide Destinations - (such as USA, Australia, NZ, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Middle East, Far East, South Americas etc)
